Green tea, mango, lemon peel, red currants, orange and strawberry pieces
- 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of tea per 8 oz water
- Infuse at 194°F for 2-3 min
Hint: If you want to make your tea stronger or are planning to ice it before it cools, add more tea, not more time. Steeping longer or at a higher temperature than recommended can cause tea to be bitter.
