Treat yourself to TIDAL TOFFEE. We start with premium black tea and add toffee pearls and real powdered cocoa for a special blend that is like dessert in a cup.
Toffee is made by caramelizing sugar or molasses with butter. The earliest toffee recipes included rum which provided a popular flavor for the candies and allowed them to have a longer shelf life.
Premium black tea, toffee pearls, powdered cocoa
- 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of tea per 8 oz water
- Infuse at 212°F for 3-5 min
Hint: If you want to make your tea stronger or are planning to ice it before it cools, add more tea, not more time. Steeping longer or at a higher temperature than recommended can cause tea to be bitter.
