This one is a house favorite. Rich black tea with real raspberry pieces blended in. Try it iced, too.
Black tea, raspberries
- 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of tea per 8 oz water
- Infuse at 212°F for 3-5 min
Hint: If you want to make your tea stronger or are planning to ice it before it cools, add more tea, not more time. Steeping longer or at a higher temperature than recommended can cause tea to be bitter.
