Named for all the jewels in a crown, this blend is delicious both hot and iced.
premium quality oolong, papaya, fig, peach pieces, wolfberries, marigold, and cornflower petals
- 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of tea per 8 oz water
- Infuse at 195°F for 3-5 min
Hint: If you want to make your tea stronger or are planning to ice it before it cools, add more tea, not more time. Steeping longer or at a higher temperature than recommended can cause tea to be bitter.
